Study: Analysis of the small compound kC9 that increases stomata
show Abstracthide Abstract
We identified the small compound kC9 that increases stomata in Arabidopsis thaliana. To elucidate initial responses triggered by kC9 treatment, 3-day-old wild-type seedlings were treated with 50 microM kC9 for 6 or 24 hours, and total RNAs were extracted from whole seedlings for RNA-seq.
Sample: A. thaliana seedling 24-hr 50 microM kC9-treated rep 3
